Part of the system is identifying pages we care to track (and re-engage with the client about). So we don’t track the home page, for example. You can click the link to it, but it won’t nag you to return.
But hit one of these and you should get 2 emails spaced out by a few minutes:

This is currently in testing so we have our limits set pretty low. If you hit a page twice within the same minute, it won’t trigger more emails. If you hit a page after a minute, it will send you more emails.
