The goal is to produce spicy hot dill pickles.
Ingredients
- cucumber spears to fill jar with wiggle room
- 250 mL white vinegar
- 2 cardamom seed
- 3 allspice seeds
- 1/2 spoon mustard seed
- 1 heaping spoon dry dillweed
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed/chopped)
- 1 spoon turmeric powder
- 2 small cinamon chips
- 2 spoons salt
- 1 spoon sugar
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 spoon indian red chili powder
- 1/2 spoon black pepper
- Canavo spring water to fill
Jar size: large – 1000mL
At this time, this recipe is experimental. There will be more pickling variants with adjusted quantities.
